Donna Radmanovich
A co-owner of Hawkstone Home Health Care Pharmacy, Donna is a retired physician who has worked in general practice and held key positions in public health and administration with the former Stony Plain-Lac Ste. Anne Health Unit, the Alberta Medical Association and Alberta Health and Wellness. Donna also has an MBA and manages the strategic planning, marketing and financial management of the organization.

Jordan Allen
A co-owner of Hawkstone Home Health Care Pharmacy, Jordan is a pharmacist who graduated from the University of Alberta in 2003. She completed her certification in specialty pharmaceutical compounding from the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA-Houston, Texas) in 2003, and is a Certified Asthma Educator. Jordan has also completed the Certified Geriatric Pharmacist Preparation Course

Dianne Hartson-Lalonde

Dianne, marketing manager, is responsible for outside sales and marketing. She has fifteen years experience in the health industry – in acute care, long term care, pharmaceutical care, and the wholesale and retail home health care sectors. Her areas of expertise are quality assurance, sales and marketing and leadership.

Charlotte Nielsen

Charlotte received her B.Sc. Pharmacy from the University of Alberta in 2003. While studying at the U of A, Charlotte completed a pharmaceutical compounding course with PCCA in Texas. In addition to specialty compounding, Charlotte’s special interests include alternative medicine and acupuncture.

Cathy Bilan
A pharmacist who graduated from the University of Alberta in 2005, Cathy has experience as a student working in various rural community pharmacies as well as a home health care pharmacy.

Erin Meyer
Erin is a graduate of the pharmacy program at the University of Alberta. In addition to providing clinical and health education services for Hawkstone Home Health Care Pharmacy, she is a Certified Diabetes Educator ®

Jessica Austin
Jessica is a merchandiser and pharmacy technician at Hawkstone Home Health Care Pharmacy. Before joining Hawkstone, and while studying at the University of Alberta, Jessica worked at our partner store, Dolar Drugs.

Glena Chwyl

Glena, home health care specialist, has spent 19 years in the health care field – the last nine in retail home health care; the first ten in long term care facilities. Glena is a certified fitter for ready-to-wear and custom compression stockings, orthotics and diabetic footwear.
